To answer the question regarding what is the ONE KEY thing the dealer could have done better….at this time I cannot comment as my car purchase experience with this dealer was overall a very positive one! My sales consultant was great. The finance manager was outstanding and personable. Lastly, the general manager had such a hearty and inviting laugh, you couldn’t help but to join in with him!! I am delighted to have finally made a purchase with a dealership that promotes excellent customer care! I look forward to this new relationship, and my car being serviced right, as well as being treated fairly.
