Very knowledgeable- no arm twisting- very thorough on every aspect of my options. He truly made my feel good about my choices. To answer the question regarding what is the ONE KEY thing the dealer could have done better….at this time I cannot comment as my car purchase experience with this dealer was overall a very positive one! My sales consultant was great. The finance manager was outstanding and personable. Lastly, the general manager had such a hearty and inviting laugh, you couldn’t help but to join in with him!!
