“Utmost confidence” – Mike & Diana Hyams

Dear Mr. Case,

On July 24th, my wife Diana and I were driving to Rocky Point, NC to visit our children and grandchildren and attend a softball tournament. When we were approximately 29 miles from our destination, our 2006 Hyunda Azera suddenly stopped running. We pulled off the road and I immediately contacted your service advisor, Allen Morgan, in whom we have the utmost confidence, and asked his advice. After a few diagnostic questions, Allen advised us to try to proceed on our trip if the vehicle would start. This we did, but experienced the same problem within five miles. I again called Allen who advised us to contact the Hyundai Roadside Assistance Program, which we did.

In the mean time, Mr. Morgan investigated and found out the dealership to which our vehicle would be towed. He then contacted the service manager at that dealership, the regional Hyundai representative, transferred pertinent data about our car to the service manager, and made sure that the Rock Mount Hyundai Dealership was prepared to receive us when we arrived late that evening.

Upon our arrival at the Medlin Hyundai Dealership, we were warmly greeted by a competent staff that immediately repaired our Hyundai and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. The problem was in the throttle position sensor, which was replaced. Hyundai treated this as part of their goodwill programand we incurred no expenses. I might also add, that shortly after our departure from the Hyundai Dealership in Rocky Mount, we received a telephone call from Mr. Morgan making sure that we had been taken care of, and leaving with us his cell number in the event that we experienced any other problems.

It is comforting to know that should we experience automotive difficulties on the road, we have professionals like Mr. Allen Morgan, and the Hyundai Roadside Assistance Program to look after our safety and well being.

We switched from Nissan to Hyundai a few years ago and are glad that we did. Please relay our sincere appreciation to Mr. Allen Morgan, an outstanding ambassador for Rick Case Hyundai.

“Best Deal for Us” – Wally & Leslie Sherman

We were tired angry, and beginning to give up hope. Looking for a new car should be exciting and fun, but it wasn’t. We had been lied to, misled, and jerked around until we were about to give up and keep our clunker. That is until I sent an e-mail to Aaron (Internet manager) at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell. We received a prompt reply  with an initial offer. We arrived at the dealership and were introduced to Sales Consultant Fred Scott. Fred asked us a number of questions about what we were looking for in a new car. He excused himself and returned a few minutes later with a Sonata for us to look over. It was amazing finally someone who actually listened to what we had to say, the car was a perfect fit for us. We headed to Fred’s office to battle and claw our way to a good deal. Never happened, Fred adopted the initial e-mail pricing info and worked to make the deal fit our needs and budget. We were then joined by the general sales manager Greg Gantner. Greg did extra research and discovered that we were entitled to more money on our cash for clunkers trade-in than the other dealers said we would receive. We had a deal. Did we get the rock bottom price? Maybe. Did we get the best deal for us? No question about it! Both Fred and Greg worked hard for us, they got us the car we wanted, a great deal and more money for our old Aerostar van than we had expected. We feel we have made new friends and highly recommend Fred, Greg and the entire Rick Case operation.

Mark was very professional. We initiated most of the sale via phone & fax and he followed up with everything. He came in on his day off to fully explain every detail of the automobile. He devoted nearly 3 hours of his day to make sure we were satisfied. He even skipped his lunch break!
