I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Rick Case Hyundai. The store has everything needed to test and purchase a new car in a fast, efficient manner.  My salesperson, Tim Henel, was awesome! Very knowledgeable- no arm twisting- very thorough on every aspect of my options. He truly made my feel good about my choices. Overall, this was a great car buying experience for me, and goodness knows, I’ve bought many, many cars in my lifetime!

To answer the question regarding what is the ONE KEY thing the dealer could have done better….at this time I cannot comment as my car purchase experience with this dealer was overall a very positive one! My sales consultant was great. The finance manager was outstanding and personable. Lastly, the general manager had such a hearty and inviting laugh, you couldn’t help but to join in with him!! I am delighted to have finally made a purchase with a dealership that promotes excellent customer care! I look forward to this new relationship, and my car being serviced right, as well as being treated fairly.
